Who should NOT Fascia Blast?

Anyone who has:

• Hemosiderin or Ochronosis

If you’re taking an anticoagulant or antiplatelet: Aspirin, Ibuprophen or any NSAID, Eliquis, Pradaxa, Savaysa, Warfarin, Plavix, Effient or Brilinta etc. These are brand names, and not the generic names. If you are unsure please contact your doctor or send me a text and I’ll confirm. If you do not see the name of your anticoagulant please do not assume it’s ok.

Areas you should never blast:

• Do not blast over any swollen/injured/sutured areas.

• Breast tissue

• A pregnant belly
